How to Order Foot Orthotics

Ordering foot orthotics alongside our podiatrist for your is as easy as 1, 2, 3, 4...

1. Complete a 3D Orthotic Prescription Form and place with your cast into a supplied cast return box and fasten securely
2. Attach one of our Prepaid Delivery Stickers and freecall 0800 Courier for immediate collection
3. We will make and dispatch your requested orthotics within 3-5 days or within 24 hours if you request our Speed Service
4. We will return your orthotics with a Prepaid Delivery Sticker for your next order.

Returns

As 3D Orthotics are made to the podiatrist's exact prescription, they are unable to be returned. However, 3D Orthotics will correct any orthotics that have not been made as prescribed, at no charge to the practitioner.

We supply cast and Foam Impression Boxes. Simply request by email, phone or on our Prescription Form.
