3D Orthotics Products
Specialist Orthotics for your Podiatry Needs
Our unique CADCAM technology places the podiatrist at the heart of the manufacturing process, by designing a specific orthotic for your patients needs.
You can accurately design orthotics to fit your patient's individual needs, just by indicating the orthotic style, features and special accommodations, posting, additions and topcover on our 3D Orthotic Prescription Form.
3D Standard
This is our most popular custom orthotic for control, correction, stability and comfort. Utilising lightweight materials and state of the art design, the 3D Standard Orthotic offers significant function without compromising comfort and shoe-fit.
3D Dress: Slim
For men and women who need to wear dress or business shoes for work or social occasions, our 3D Dress orthotics combines a slim-fit design, less bulk and a lower heel cup to reduce fatigue and enhance comfort and support.
3D Dress: Cobra
Our 3D Cobra style custom orthotics are designed for women's high heel and hard-to-fit shoes. Our CADCAM technology lets the practitioner specify the exact degree of heel and medial arch support needed to facilitate shoe-fit, redistribute weight and alleviate pressure.
3D Sports
Specialist custom sports orthotics for the active patient who needs dynamic balance of the foot during motion, protection against pressure and impact shock, improved foot function and/or enhanced support, stability and comfort.
3D Semi-Fabricated Orthotics
Designed for smaller orthotic labs, our semi-fabricated orthotics are made using the same CADCAM technology as our finished product. These are supplied without a heel post and simply require finishing and covering. Combined with our trade pricing, our semi-fabricated orthotics offer orthotic labs an excellent product with significant margins.
